Dear fellows!
Behind every action there remains a latent energy from fairly a long time. The outcome comes before us but we don’t bother to know about that latent energy which causes the seen result. No invention has been an immediate action. It comes before us after a long time it would have been imagined. We can take an example of the invention of the airplane. The Wright Brothers had imagined flying in the air much before but the invention came in sight after a long time.
In the same way behind the establishment of the CENTRAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, there had also been a latent vibration within my heart for fairly a long time but it could be brought at your service disposal in the very previous year i.e. 2011.
The outcome in the form of “the Central Public School” has also a story behind. When I was only ten years old I had read a story which left an imprint in my mind.
We all know that the British ruled over India for more than 200 years. When the Englishmen were ruling in India the population of our country was 330 million and the number of the ruling Englishmen was less than 1000. How could it be possible then? The tag story was that ‘there had been an Englishman. He had an elephant and a small son. One morning the small child was approaching towards the elephant and the elephant was also coming towards the child. If such scene appears before us we immediately try to drag the child speaking ‘run there is an elephant!’ but the Englishman didn’t do so. He took out his gun and shot the elephant. The elephant died. The child kept on approaching towards the elephant. He played with the trunk, with the tusk, with the belly and with the tail of the elephant. Now tell me ‘will the boy be scared with an elephant in his life?’ no certainly not! The English could rule over the world only because they had always been daring and fearless. This was because the sun used not to set in the British Empire for fairly a long time.
I started observing the reality of education and educational system. Frankly speaking, I have never been satisfied with the present form of the education and the trend being adopted by the educational institutions. The present educational set ups are directly or indirectly intimidating the children instead of making them bold daring. The child feels scared with the name of the schools and teachers. If we don’t take care of this condition it would be very late to mend our future.
The motto behind the formation of a school has never been to beget money [as fellows of ours doing] but to embolden our children’s morale, to make them so much bold & daring that no British or other would ever even imagine to enslave them, to make them perfect personalities so that they can enlighten the names of their forerunners.
At the end I’d like to cite the slogan which was frequently used by Napoleon Bonaparte, “If you give a good mother, I’ll give you a good nation”. I wanna tell you, “If you give me your child, I’d give you a better tomorrow [by making your child a successful person]”
“If you are planning for a year, sow rice;
If you planning for a decade, plant trees;
But if you are planning for a LIFETIME, educate your children”
Thank you!
